ABOUT MPL

MPL is a mail-order company that sells complete PC systems as well as
individual components.

Our complete PC systems are tested elaborately prior to delivery and consist of
top quality components.

If required, orders exceeding 500 EUR can be collected at our technical service
in Niel. This is also where you can go for upgrades or to check out a certain
type of screen, etcetera. Please note you will need to make an appointment by
telephone!

MPL is no mastodon of a company, but it is a company that fits the size of its
customers. Unlike at some other mail-order companies, we do not treat our
customers like numbers. We stand for an optimal service to each of our clients.

Short history of MPL: MPL was founded on April 1st 1995. First as a mail-order
company through BBS and since 1996 as an online store via the internet. This
made MPL one of the very first online stores in Belgium. In the beginning MPL
was a one man company. On January 1st 1998, MPL turned into a private liability
limited company.

Upon ordering, please mention following information:

Next to this mandatory information, you can also mention following:

Delivery address, if it differs from the address of billing

VAT-number for the invoice

VISA/MasterCard card number and expiration date if you wish to pay by credit
card. The MPL-website uses the Ogone payment platform on a secure server, which
totally secures this method of payment.

If you wish to collect the goods yourself (only possible for orders exceeding
500 EUR), please explicitly mention this upon ordering. Please also mention
your phone number. This way we can contact you as soon as the goods have been
delivered to our technical service, enabling you to collect your order as soon
as possible.

SHIPPING COSTS PER ORDER
|
|
Shipping costs are calculated based on fixed rates, irrespective of the weight
of the order:

10 EUR for deliveries with BPS in Belgium (delivery between 9 am and 5
pm);
-
20 EUR for taxipost shipments;
-
30 EUR for shipments to the Netherlands.
If you opt for a BPS delivery, please mention a delivery address where
there is a continuous attendance between 9 am and 5 pm. This might be your work
address, a relative, the neighbours, … This is absolutely necessary as we
cannot give you any idea of the exact time of delivery (not even if it will be
in the morning or in the afternoon). However, the exact day of delivery will be
sent to you by email one day beforehand. If you do not have an address with
continuous nine to five attendance, please choose the taxipost deliver method -
which is also available for Saturday morning deliveries - or contact us for your best option.

PAYMENT
|
|
Upon delivery of the goods there are three options:
|

Cash on delivery (the simplest method by far): you pay the goods when you
receive them. You can use cash or cheque.
-
VISA/MasterCard: state your VISA/MasterCard card number and date of expiration
upon ordering. Your card will then be charged when the goods are shipped.
-
Transfer: this option is only available to government agencies, schools and
universities.
If you choose to collect your goods at the technical service, you can pay on
site with cash or cheque. You will immediately receive your invoice, as is the
case for home deliveries.

PERIOD OF DELIVERY
|

Individual components: two days to a week on average.
-
Complete PC systems: one week on average.
|
WARRANTY
|
|
In accordance with applicable Belgian law & with extension to the conditions provided by the manufacturer if they offer longer warranty.
|
MAINTENANCE CONTRACT
|
There is also the possibility of a 24 hour maintenance contract for companies.

IN CASE OF A DEFECT
|
In case of a defect of a PC assembled by MPL, call 03/326.11.11 to make an
appointment to return the PC. If you bought components, please send the defect
component by mail to MPL accompanied by a copy of the invoice and a description
of the defect. Please ask for a receipt (a barcode strip) upon handing in your
package at the post office. Costs for shipment of a defect part to MPL are
borne by the customer. MPL pays for the shipment of the repaired or replaced
part.
If so desired, it is also possible to hand in the defect component at the
technical service in Niel. Please call first (03/326.11.11) to make an
appointment.

LEGAL REGULATIONS
|
|
Customer satisfaction guarantee:
|
EVERY BUYER HAS THE RIGHT TO REFRAIN FROM HIS PURCHASE UP TO SEVEN DAYS FORWARD
FROM THE RECEIPT OF HIS ORDER. It suffices to ship the goods, accompanied by
your bank account number, back to MPL within the set period of time. MPL will
then reimburse you with the full amount of your order.

Privacy:
|
We abide strictly to Belgian law concerning privacy dating December 8th 1992
and December 11th 1998.
|
TERMS OF SALE
|
All of our terms are mentioned above. We wish to add, however, that all
delivered goods remain property of MPL ltd. until completion of payment.
